When people ask me what style of photography I shoot in, I generally reply "abstracts". The freedom to take a mundane object in the physical world and transform it to an eye-catching image that causes one to re-examine one's assumptions about that object really appeals to me. Over three early mornings, I took photographs in downtown Dallas of reflections in windows and a reflecting pool. I entitled that collection of photos "Reflections on Dallas" and I still think it's one of my strongest and most coherent series. Those photos are shown above, while some of my other abstracts are below.
